      I use the Ehime brand (Iyo Beef) luxuriously.

      Iyo beef kinu-no-aji of high quality Iyo beef kinu-no-aji, which is won without a knife, with three recipes.


      ·Iyo beef shabu shabu
       The fine "gout" called "Kinu-no-aji" melts in the mouth and produces a mellow taste. Please enjoy with refreshing ponzu.

      ·Slightly grilled Iyo beef sushi
       It is a popular item to offer for the cuisine of the kaiseki cuisine.The spicy green onion and ginger pull out the taste of the meat and it goes well with the vinegared rice seasoned seasonally.
